Why are "solar" window blinds black? I thought black retains heat.? - black window blinds
I have a kitchen window to the south. I would like to keep this side of the house cool head, because it takes all the heat. Vi sunscreen to Home Depot and are black with small holes. Do not do this even hotter?

You're right, black absorbs light colors reflect heat and make as sure as if you really heat Make sure want to play to avoid the shadow of the window glass to form by heating.
